Sichuan Mianbang Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and is a professional seed company engaged in rapeseed variety breeding, seed production and sales, and technical services. The company currently has a rapeseed research team of 8, including 3 senior agronomists, 2 agronomists, and 3 assistant agronomists. It has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Sichuan Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative" (SRDI) SME, and serves as a Council Member of the Sichuan Provincial Seed Association, Vice President Unit of the Mianyang Municipal Seed Association, and the Mianyang High-Erucic-Acid Rapeseed Engineering Technology Research Center. Since 2019, it has been listed among National-Level Technology-Based SMEs, undertakes the Sichuan Provincial "14th Five-Year Plan" key rapeseed breeding research program, and ranks among the "Top 10 Rapeseed Seed Sellers in China".

The company's core breeding team is led by a senior expert with over fifty years of deep experience in rapeseed breeding, with outstanding technical advantages in the industry: has strong capabilities in recessive nuclear male-sterile hybrid rapeseed variety breeding research, with prominent advantages in "high-erucic acid", "high-oil", and "high-clubroot-resistance" rapeseed breeding; particularly in "high-erucic acid" rapeseed breeding, it ranks at a domestically leading and internationally advanced level. The company currently holds abundant special high-erucic-acid rapeseed germplasm resources, with the highest erucic acid content exceeding 62% and some containing oil content above 61%, demonstrating strong germplasm reserves and a well-developed pipeline of successive varieties. The enterprise has long collaborated with more than ten top domestic rapeseed research platforms—including Huazhong Agricultural University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Oil Crops Research Institute, and the Shaanxi Hybrid Rapeseed Center—on joint breeding projects, having developed and bred 20 new rapeseed varieties (including 12 high-erucic-acid varieties), making outstanding contributions to increasing farmers' income and improving enterprise efficiency.

The company has a highly competent and strong-execution integrated team covering R&D, seed production, and agricultural technical services, supported by three complete standardized, high-level systems for variety development, certified seed production, and full-process quality control; The company operates large-scale standardized storage warehouses and a modern seed sorting system (three precision processes: air separation, specific gravity separation, and color sorting). The company has an annual hybrid rapeseed seed production capacity of over 8,000 mu and sales capacity exceeding 1 million kilograms.
